We want you to love your Rose Rituals order. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in original packaging. Sale items, gift cards, and opened products are final sale.
Once your return is received, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For defective or damaged items, we'll arrange an exchange.
